Mathew N. James, 32, of 100 Main St., Apt. 1, Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding, failure to drive right and failure to notify change of address.

Steven L. Kiley, 59, of Norton, Mass., was charged Sunday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
