“Dreamgirls” legend Jennifer Holliday brings her incredible voice to The Goodspeed, where she’ll sing as part of the Monday gala celebrating the theater’s 60th anniversary.

The evening will start at 5:30 p.m. on the Goodspeed Opera House lawn, on the Connecticut River in East Haddam, where there will be a cocktail reception.

Then comes a five-course dinner by Riverhouse Catering. There will be entertainment throughout the night, along with a live auction “of unique experiences,” according to Goodspeed.

The night culminates with the concert by Holliday, which will be held inside the Opera House. Adam Souza, Goodspeed’s resident music director, and a seven-person band will accompany Holliday.
